WordPress Version 3.9 , code-named “Smith” in honour of the jazz musician Jimmy Smith, is today available for download, or probably better and more likely for most of us by clicking that update button in our WordPress dashboards.

You can scale images directly in the editor to find just the right fit by dragging corners like you are used to.

Now our galleries display a ture image if the grid of images directly in the editor, just like they do in the finished published post.
